Creating a new campaign for the same organization in the same season
I some cases an organization will want to run a second campaign within the same season. This is handled by creating changing the name of the current campaign to a different School Name and ID. Then recreating the organization again in GiftTracker only (The ID does not need to be changed online.)
Please follow the below steps to accomplish this.
- Login to GiftTracker and go the School Master or Click on the "SC" shortcut.
Enter in the School ID the organization that needs a new campaign and click enter on your keyboard.

Click the "Edit" button and change the School Name and School ID to a different name and ID. EX. School Name = "MATIRIES_1" School ID = "1234_1". (This will allow you to keep all the sales from the first campaign.) Do this for the Regular School and the Internet School.

Click the "Save" button after the changes are made.

After this is completed recreate the regular school, so it will create a new internet school. (Use the old School Name and ID) Ex. MATIRIES \ 1234.- Insure that the "Import this School" box is NOT checked when the new brochure school is created.
