How do I edit an order that has already been picked?

          THE PROCESS TO "EDIT" AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PICKED

          Un-Pick the order that needs to be corrected.

          Click on the " PI" shortcut button. This is a shortcut to the Picking screen.

          • On the Picking Screen you will need to select the "Un-Pick Items" tab.
            • Click on the "Pick Ticket" radio button.
            • Enter in the Pick Ticket (Order Key) that needs to be changed.
            • Click the "Refresh" button.(This will display all the orders that need to be unpicked)
            • Click the "Un-pick All Items" button. This will clear the screen.
            • Click "Exit

          To update the order go to the order entry screen by clicking on the "OE" shortcut.

          • On the "Header" tab enter in the Order Key into the "Order Key" field, and Hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
          • Select the "Details" tab and click the "Edit" button. This will allow you to now make changes to the order.
          • Click on the item that needs to be changed. It will then be highlighted.
          • You will notice that the information in the "Order Entry" fields at the top of the page, has the information for the selected product.
            • Make the changes in the fields then click on the "Add To Order" button. This will apply the changes to the product in the display below.
            • To delete the selected item; hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
          • After all the changes have been made. Click on the "Save" button.

          The Last step of the process is to re-pick the order that was updated.

          • Open the Picking Screen again, by clicking on the "PI" shortcut.
          • Select the Order Key that was just updated and then click on "Create new Pick Ticket". This will only create the single Pick Ticket for the order you change.
            • Click the "Exit" button to close the Picking screen.
