How to run the Automatic Prize Process for late brochure orders on a school that has been picked.

Go to the Orders Menu
Select Prizes\Automatic Prizes..
On the Automatic Prize screen Populate the following fields.
1. School ID and Internet School ID.
2. Prize Flyer.
3. Units or Dollars.
4. Cumulative if the program requires it.
5. Check the "Only Orders Without Prizes" box.

This will add the prizes only to orders that qualify but don't already have prizes.
