Configuring Remote Connection
Use the Microsoft Edge browser . Connect to https://remote.ascgrp.com
or download and install the Windows Connector on your Windows computer
a. On your Windows computer, download and install Windows Connector from https://www.trugrid.com/downloads/winconnector
Get ready to setup your Multi-factor Authentication
c. If you already have an authenticator (e.g. Authy, Microsoft, Google, etc.) click NEXT
d. From your smart phone, go to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for your preferred authenticator. Following instructions to install your preferred authenticator then return to your computer and click NEXT.
a. From your Smart Phone, open your preferred authenticator (e.g. Authy, Microsoft, Google, etc.)b. Click the + sign or add account, use your Smart Phone to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen. Enter the six-digit security code to the display on your computer and advance it to the next screen.
a. Enter your mobile phone number in the area specified on the computer and click SEND CODEb. Click SEND CODEc. Obtain the code from your mobile phone and enter it in the area specified on your computer. Click SUBMIT AND LOGIN
Creating a Shortcut on your Desktop
d. If you are using a PC you can create a shortcut. You will need to hover over the computer name, in this example is "GK1-Term100". Then Right click the mouse to display the "Create Desktop Shortcut" button.
- Click on the "Create Desktop Shortcut" button and a shortcut will be added to your desktop.
- You can now click on the shortcut to go to the Matiries ERP application.
Login to the Desktop Connector
e. If you did not create the shortcut you can click on the connect button below to reach Matiries ERP.
