How to run the Automatic Prize Process to create orders for prizes.

How to run the Automatic Prize Process to create Brochure orders with prizes only for Internet only orders after the merge.

1. Go to the Orders Menu
2. Select Prizes\Automatic Prizes..
3. On the Automatic Prize screen Populate the following fields.
   
   1. School ID and Internet School ID.
   2. Prize Flyer.
   3. Units or Dollars.
   4. Cumulative if the program requires it.
   5. Check the "Auto-add Net Only Students" box.

*****This will create a Brochure orders with just prizes if their is no corresponding paper orders.

The brochure orders can have a customize homeroom added and will have "Added by Automatic Prizes"  in the notes filed.

To set the Prize Homeroom go to Systems\Systems Setup\Order Entry\"Auto Prizes Net Only Homeroom" You can use any name you wish.

The orders will only have Prizes.
