How to Create an Invoice for an Internet Only Sale

To create an invoice for an internet only sale please follow the steps below.

New Settings

• Create a new warehouse.
  • Set the warehouse to be an "Auto-Packed" warehouse.

• Create a new Bin for the warehouse.

• Create a new brochure called "Online Only"

Product Mater

1. Go to the Product Master an create a new product called "Online Sales".
2. Add the Online Sales product to the "Online Only" brochure.
3. Add the Online Sales product to Online Only warehouse.
4. Set the Price to be ".001"

Brochure School for the internet school setup

On the Brochure school only add the "Online Only" brochure.

Order Entry

Create an order for the Brochure school and add the new item to the order.

• After the order has been created it will need to Picked by Picking the Brochure School ID. It will Pick and Pack the order.

Invoicing

Go to the invoicing module and create a new pre-pack invoice for the school.

As you can see in the example below only the internet profit is displayed on the invoice.
