How to Setup Free Shipping for an Organization

Free ship to home order set at the Organizational level


The company can set an organization to not get charged shipping on ship to home orders. This is set on the Internet School Id. Please follow the directions below.


1.    Create a new Trucking Co called “Free Shipping”, to accomplish this, follow the directions below.


a.    Open the Matiries ERP then, go to the Schools Menu and select Trucking Companies.

b.   Click on “Add” and enter in the TruckingCo field “Free Shipping” and in the Description field “FS”

c.    Click on “Save”

2.  You will need to set the Preferred Trucking Co filed on the School Master to the new “Free Shipping” option. See below for instructions.


a.    Go to the Internet School Master\Orders 1tab\Preferred Trucking Co.


After the "Free Shipping" is set, all ship to home orders for that organization will not be charged shipping.
