Sponsor Dashboard Documentation
The Sponsor Dashboard is reached by logging in with the credentials that were created on the School Web Reporting. See Example A.
Main Dashboard
On the dashboard the Sponsor can has access to the below options
MASTER DATA
This allows the sponsor to do the following:
- Add Homerooms - that are available when a participant registers.
- View the sales of participants.
- Resend the Organization Registration Email.
- Search for sellers to see their participants ID's and registration information.
RESOURCES: are uploaded documents from the company. (This can be deactivated on the admin site.)
The documents are uploaded from the Online Administrator site.
REGISTERED STUDENTS the sponsor can see the following information:
- All the participants that have registered.
- The participants homeroom.
- The phone number that was registered.
- Totals sales for each participant (This includes Internet and Paper sales).
- The number of emails sent by the participant from the registration Share email page.
BULK COMMUNICATION: The sponsor is able to send out Bulk Communication to all registered participants and students that paper orders entered into the ERP. This can be accomplished by Email or Text.
REPORTING: the sponsor can run real time reports to see the total sales and profit per participant. The report selection is determined by the company.
ENTER BROCHURE ORDERS:
This Menu will only display; if it is activated by the company. (This can be controlled per organization)
The sponsor will be redirected to the Online Brochure Order Entry site and can enter in the paper orders that will submitted directly to the Matiries ERP for fulfillment.
